Do families pay any fees to you?
No. Families pay your club on your own Zeffy form. We never touch that money.
Is there a contract?
Not on a monthly plan: it is month to month, and you can cancel any time from Settings or by writing to us. A yearly membership is a 12-month commitment: because we build your site up front, it can't be cancelled or refunded mid-term.
What do I get with a yearly membership?
Two months free (you pay for 10 months), and our team builds your club's website for you from your logo, colours, photos and notes. You review it and approve it before it goes live. On a monthly plan you build your site yourself from our templates, and we help with your roster import and a review.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan in Settings. The trial is 14 days. We'll email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends; nothing is charged without you adding a card. If you don't choose a plan, your admin becomes read-only and your data is kept.
How is a league organization billed?
A league organization (one that runs a league for several clubs) has its own plan, priced per member club: a club counts once it has accepted a place in one of your leagues that is not archived, and it stops counting when it leaves or is removed. The bill follows the count, prorated for the days in the month. Each member club keeps its own club plan. The 14-day free trial is the same, and with no plan after the trial your league tools become read-only (nothing is deleted).
Can we get our data out?
Yes, any time, as spreadsheets from Export / import in your admin.
